Each designer sizes their clothing differently, and since most are not U.S. designers they can vary greatly from the traditional U.S. sizing. We have tried to provide as much information on each item description, but please reach out to us for specific questions and we will be glad to help.

We process orders for shipping within 48 hours of order excluding weekends and holidays. If you need your order expedited, please let us know and we will try our best to make this happen.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification that contains a tracking number. You can track your order by looking up the tracking number on the delivery company's website. 

All returns must be unworn, new with tags attached. All online returns must be postmarked within seven days of receipt and are returned at the customers expense. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within three days of receipt. We strongly suggest insuring your package.  

Nifty reserves the right to refuse a return if items are not in the condition stated above. If an item arrives to you in an unsatisfactory condition, please email us upon receipt, take a photo of the item in question and we will resolve the issue immediately.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.  If you choose to waive signature for delivery, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once our carrier confirms delivery of the package.  

While we are happy to ship internationally, any applicable duties and taxes that may be applied by the country of delivery are the responsibility of the customer.  

Orders within the state of Georgia will be charged applicable Georgia Sales tax in addition to shipping charges.  Nifty offers free doorstep delivery for Atlanta customers within a 5-mile radius.
